I think you should talk seriously to your parents. They must change their minds about your friends! And also, talk to your cousin. Ask him if he truly likes going out with you and your friends.
If I were you, I'd explain that to your friends.
I also think that your parents should tell you what they exactly think about your friends and why. You could also explain them that they will be able to do you a lot of phone calls.
